1. Who we are

The Reviewers' Nest is the brand of REVIEWERSNEST ONLINE TUTORIAL SERVICES, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the Philippines, owned by [OWNER NAME]. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean this business. "You" means the person using our website or apps.

2. Our apps

We offer four separate review apps: NurseNest (NCLEX review), MLSNest (Philippine PRC Medical Laboratory Science board review), AnaPhyNest (Anatomy & Physiology) and PharmaNest (Pharmacology). Each app is a separate subscription.

• All content is self-paced. We do not hold live classes or webinars.
• The apps run in your web browser and can be installed on your device, but they need an internet connection. Questions load from our server each time you study and are not stored on your device.
• Our apps are study aids. They do not replace your school, textbooks or clinical training.
• We are an independent review provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), NCSBN, ASCP or any school.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• An account is for one person only. You may use it on up to 2 of your own devices, signed in on one device at a time.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to subscribe.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Each subscription gives you access to one app for 1 month from the time your payment is confirmed.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When the month ends, access stops unless you choose to pay for another month.
• Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and shown on our website before you pay. We accept [PAYMENT METHODS].
• We may change prices for future subscriptions. A price change never affects a month you have already paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Protecting our content

Our questions and rationales are written and checked by licensed professionals, and your subscription pays for that work. To keep it fair for every student, you must not:

• copy, screenshot, photograph, screen-record, print or download our questions, answers or rationales;
• share, post, sell or send our content to anyone, including in group chats, social media or review groups;
• share your login or let anyone else use your account;
• use bots, scripts or other tools to collect content from the apps, or try to get around our security.

Each question shows a faint watermark linked to your account. We watch for unusual activity, such as very fast or very high numbers of questions opened, or logins from many devices.

6. Who owns the content

All content in our apps and on our website, including questions, answers, rationales, text, graphics and logos, belongs to REVIEWERSNEST ONLINE TUTORIAL SERVICES and is protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view the content for your own study during your access month. It does not give you ownership of any content.

7. Suspension and termination

If you break these terms, especially the rules in section 5, we may warn you, suspend your account, or close it permanently. If your account is suspended or closed for breaking these terms, you will not get a refund for the remaining time. Where content has been shared publicly, we may also take legal action.

8. Accuracy of content

We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date, and it is reviewed by licensed nurses and medical technologists. Mistakes can still happen, and exam coverage can change. If you spot an error, please tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

Our content is for exam preparation only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about real patients.

We cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam. Results depend on many things outside our control.

9. Limits on our responsibility

We try to keep the apps available at all times, but they may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, internet problems or events outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription concerned. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will show the new date at the top of this page and, for important changes, let you know by email or in the app. If you keep using the apps after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the proper courts of [CITY], Philippines.
